Information Systems Students and Alumni of Portland State University is a student organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students interested in information technology. Our goal is to promote the awareness of information technology, provide students career information and internship opportunities within this field. This student organization is open to all students current and alumni of Portland State University and to members of the staff, faculty and administration.

ISSA has general informational meetings that can help you with studying for ISQA classes, understanding Information Technology, and pursuing your IT career. Also ISSA holds technology workshops that can help you advance your knowledge of different technologies, e.g. wireless, networking, hardware etc. Understanding the different technologies are key for anyone looking to be a business professional in any specialty. Lastly we can assist you in meeting key industry professionals that can help you with starting your career, no matter what the path.
